Not much has changed that can be seen since the last picture in post #56. I have removed the front clip and since re-installed all but the right fender, also removed the Sahara fender flares from the rear wheel well and rocker panels. MAN do my rear tires stick out a LOT now with the flares removed.

Finally got my rear driveshaft from Tatton's, took 10 calendar days. I installed it and the thing is at least 3/8" too short at ride height. I also noticed that the u-joints they use are Spicer but the non grease-able type.
So I'll call them tomorrow and see what will happen. The last three or four days have been like this, nothing fits or it needs to be custom made.

Whoa...that sucks. He must have screwed up the measurment somehow. Did he not take the new output flange into account instead of the yoke?

Call tatton back up and let him know I am sure he will make it right any way he can. He always has done right by me.

Yeah I called, he was very nice and I will send it back. He said he will make it right. We talked about the length and agree they must have forgotten to add length for shaft extension during suspension droop.

Making more progress, fuel cell installed, exhaust tacked together but I need to finish TIG welding. The exhaust is BLING polished SS, the pieces of SS were only a few $ more than aluminized steel so I figured why not. As open as my rear suspension area is it will be seen. I need to get a few custom hoses made and brake and P/S systems bled and I can test drive it. I must admit I am getting kinda nervous.

Sounds like real progress. Did you ever get your drive shaft situation straighed out with Tatton's?

Nope, not yet anyway.
Thanks for reminding me, I need to call them and check on it.

Today I found a custom hose company close to me, so they are now making hydroboost and turbo hoses. I have the exhaust tacked together. I went to order more polished SS tube, $160 for 5'. So I am not making the entire exhaust out of SS.
Got some more done on the brake lines, making double flair ends kinda sucks. It was STUPID hot and humid today.
