It rained Saturday night and POURED on Sunday. But it was warm. We met up with some Kiwi's (New Zealanders) that
Are friends of Doug's wife. A very nice father and daughter combo with two dogs in a stock TJ.

We headed out to Green where both Doug and I wanted to try the new rock climb at the end. We both made it up,
but I had a lot of trouble. Unfortunately the camera slipped into macro mode and most of Sundays pictures did not come
out. Bummer! There may be some others coming later as the "sheila" was taking pics as well.

Here's what I learned on this trip:

A 4-cylinder with heavy tires and a manual transmission and 4.10 gears is very hard to drive on boulders. I need a LOT
more practice at it so I can determine if I need to adjust how I drive on them or whether I need to re-gear.

I can air down to 10 PSI without losing a bead.

I need to trim the rear end of my rear fender-wells. Now that the suspension is broken in, it's really flexy and I have
some rubbing.

Nozzleram is a great guy to wheel with.

I love this hobby!

How did the stock TJ do?Not too badly. His biggest problem was a really low rear tow point (Class II receiver with a dropped ball hitch on it and a D-ring where the ball would normally go) that kept getting stuck on stuff. A stock Wrangler is a pretty capable off-road vehicle. You just have to learn how to pick your lines. I ran my YJ stock (mostly) for a year and a half. Got me around pretty well.

I would go with 4:88 for the 4 popper, that's what I ran an never had a complaint about going anywhere I aimed the Jeep
