Ok, seems there was a miscommunication... i have 2 sets of wheels and tires for sale. The one set is the "5 hole" rims with 30" tires that have been posted here, the other set are "5 spoke" rims with P225s on, which actually have better treaded tires than the 5 hole... i believe the 5 hole are spoken for (i thought it was the 5spoke) so... OOC if your friend is interested in the 5 Spoke ones, let me know, pics of both sets are here... Swap, Correct me if the "5 Hole" ones are still for sale

like i said there was a miscommunication, i never spoke with your friend even though i called him. if he wants the 5 spoke wheels and tires, i'll sell those to you/him for $75 as an apology... sorry for the confusion, but i owe swap a set of wheels, and the 5 hole are the ones he wants, he's helped me numerous times with my jeep, parts, and all sorts of things, and i owe him

Well I hope this shady deal dsoesn't come back to haunt future FOR SALE listing you may have. There was nothing mentioned in your original post reuarding 2 differant sets of wheels and tires, and your picture link showed only 30's on aluminum.

Retaliation? Why did you do something to feel or think that way? if your talking about the agreement over the phone to buy a certain jeep together and then after you get it you change your mind and decided on your own to cut me out of the deal and re-sale it for a lot more. OOC, again im sorry, but there was a miscommunication, I'm offering you the other set of wheels and tires that i have (with tires in better condition) for $75 as an apology for the miscommunication. I'm in college, have no money, and while $25 isnt a big deal to most, for my jeep fund it is. I agree that this didnt happen idealy, but im hoping the 25% off will make up for it, if youre not interested oh well... but this is one of those "other deals popping up" that you talked about

If you didn't want the drivetrain then i should have had the chance to take the whole thing. and yes it's was a verbal deal on the phone to go in on it together. you said nothing about if you wanted it or not then....... The deal was you take the drivetrain and i take the body, period, nothing more or nothing less. :rolleyes:

I had the deal with swap since 4/28 when i bought a set of rocker guards from hi m in exchange for a set of wheels, the reason that the 30" set were the ones offered for sale here were becasue i thought he wanted the 5 spoke set, since i was wrong, i changed the info before i even spoke to your friend, i'm still offering a good deal on a set of wheels, which, while they arent as shiny as the 5 hole ones are in very good shape, and as far as im concerned are still on the table for you if you want the 5 spokes, $75

Your so full of yourself! you know that i wanted the doors, hatch and dash not the whole body/floors! you offer to pick it up. if it wasn't what you wanted then I should have had the chance to take the whole thing and i would have re-imbrust you or i would just go and get it. you saw a chance to make a some $$$$ out of it, so you did.... Instead I get screw out of it, where as you made out! Your word is worth crap to me when it comes to verbal deals! If i had made a verbal agreement with you and went to get it and saw it wasn't what i was looking for, then I would have call you and let you know it wasn't what i was looking for and offer it to you or we just sell it together, since there was a verbal agreement!
