To bleed the brakes the right way is you need to get the rear open

1rst pass. rear
2nd driver rear
3rd pass front
4th driver front

I would try rebeeding the brakes the way I show when you get the rears open.

Think you still got air in the line.

I try to draw a pic but it did not like it

Its because the brake pedal is not gonig all the way back up. Something is stopping it from hitting the switch to turn off the brake lights. Check the movement on the brake pedal. Needs to be able to go to the top of the range of motion.

Check how you connected the master to the pedal. I had the same problem. My rod was too short (you can quote that), I had to fab up a new rod.

I did not do this job a buddy at work did it. I told him after the fact to start with the wheel farthest from the master cylinder and work his way forward. As it turns out....he managed to mangle the switch while removing the cotter pin so he could get the pedal loose in the very beginning. Thanks for the help fellas.

DId the master get bench bleed prior to being installed? if not there is defent air in the lines all 4 will have to be bleed as WHTJP98 decribed and it could take a bottle or 2 of fluid to push all the air out
