I finally have enough room in the garage to be able to work on Jeep my indoors. Now I can rewire my steering column so I can have turn signals, lights and wipers. I want that done before the Mother's Day Run.

After that, it's new fenders and if I can pull it off, a straight hood and grill for the Car Show on Father's Day.

Then on to the TJ rear flares, rerouted air intake, new tail lights, oil seal on front diff, and on and on and on.

I'm gonna nibble away at it so that I don't get myself in a state where I can't wheel it for any significant length of time.

And then... when Brian finishes his YJ... it's the SOA! I really wanna get rid of those extended shackles up front.

I think you need some shackles like these. Brian says all the cool kids have them, and who says a D30 can't handle 44" tires.

I like the exhaust pipes through the hood as well, it helps the defroster out on those cold icy mornings :ras:

Hey Paulie I saw this ad and thought you might find some needed parts.
BTW how did the work go on Fri?

I'm gonna have to look into that. I broke two parts taking it apart, and I found that some of the parts are missing. :mad2: Too much going on in there that's not documented.

BUT! Now I have turn signals, brights, wipers and washers, so it was a success.

Bravo Paul at least it was worth the effort. Not to imply buying a whole jeep but  maybe talk with Bri and see what parts are unique to your year and buy them from this person so you have spares for the hard to find stuff.
